Extreme Snowboard Carving on the 1.Mai Wochenende in Soelden, Austria. Lots of Frozen Backside carvers were there for a fantastic closing weekend 2012! I tried boards from Oxess and Goltes, but Plasma, Pogo, and others were also there. Cloudy conditions made software-stabilizing the video tougher than last time. The on-snowboard Gopro video clips are filmed by Eric in 2010 (thanks!).
Made with Powerdirector 10 and an Intel i7 Ivy Bridge 3770K. A shock-absorbing version of the helmetcam is in the works for even smoother video. Note: don’t accidentally shoot sports in 24p, it’s a pain to fix that mistake after the fact.

Hi David…just reconnecting after many years, from seeing your stabilised vids, getting the bug and going into EC, and now living in CH. 🙂 How have you been?
